Matt Beard
Owner & Coach
Matt spends most of his days helping to improve the daily function and fitness of his members.
He strives to create balance within the human body by restoring any loss of mobility whilst generating a superior level of strength and conditioning.
He also loves strutting around the gym participating in CrossFit and Functional Bodybuilding wearing his favourite short shorts.

Sam Harlow
Coach
Sam works with a range of clientele who's goals vary from improved health to competing at the CrossFit Games.

He is a master of programming and provides results driven coaching both in person as well as online.
​
Sam loves to see improvement in everyone he works with and is incessant in his approach.
​
Sam can be found running rings around the rest of us in the gym, practicing his Magic Mike routine or eating cheesecake.

Mischa Pryce
Coach
Mischa aka the CrossFit Viking! With her bright blond hair and her commanding tone, Mischa has had more success stories than most. She works with a variety of different members helping them to gain confidence, improve their skills and tidy up their nutrition.

Mischa has an assertive yet playful coaching style that means no nonsense results with a healthy dose of fun in the gym.

Mischa can be found out on her stand up paddle board, upside down in the gym or walking her sausage dogs in the forest.

Brett Lilley
Coach
Some say he does bicep curls in his spare time, some say he walks everywhere on his hands … but here is Brett, the all rounder.
An unfortunate injury led to Brett spending many hours in the gym focusing on injury rehabilitation.
Turning a negative into a positive - Brett realised the impact he could have on other lives by helping them come back from injuries or living a healthier lifestyle to prevent injuries happening all together.

Rob Skinner
Coach
Rob has been teaching music for nearly 15 years and more recently has been able to transfer his coaching skills into the weight room.
He has a passion for Olympic weightlifting training and programming.
He has competed across the south coast in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting as a coach and athlete.

Adam Blackwell
Coach
Adam is the definition of game changer. He transformed himself from an unhappy, overweight salad dodger (his words, not mine!) to a mixed modal athlete with a non stop attitude for fitness and life!
​
Having lost over 4 stone in bodyweight Adam has all the empathy and the tools to help his clients reach their goals.
​
He has a great hands on approach and is not afraid to get his hands dirty to help get the best out of you.
​
Adam can be found deadlifting, running, boxing and searching for his next competition to dominate.
